Senior HRIS Analyst; Workday

Role Overview

KKR is seeking an experienced Senior HRIS Analyst to join our Global HRIS team. In this role, you will serve as the primary HR systems resource supporting the Americas, delivering operational excellence across our HR technology stack including Workday (HCM), Service Now (workflows and case management), and Greenhouse (ATS). You will partner closely with HR, Technology, and business partners globally, and play a critical role in supporting system enhancements, reporting, integrations, and stakeholder engagement.

Provide primary HR systems support coverage during US business hours, including queue management, prioritization, incident ownership, and clear stakeholder updates. Support HRIS operations across the HR tech stack, including system maintenance, configuration support, and incident resolution.

This position requires a self-starter who is comfortable working independently while contributing to a high performing global team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of Workday experience supporting a global organization, hands‑on Workday Benefits experience, and proficiency in HRIS configuration, security, and system maintenance.
