• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Salesforce platforms and enterprise applications
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, business processes, and solution delivery methodologies
• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements
• Proven ability to facilitate discussions between business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders
• Experience working within Agile project environments and participating in iterative delivery cycles
• Strong process analysis, workflow mapping, and business process improvement experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment

The selected professional will partner with business leaders, project managers, administrators, architects, and development teams to identify opportunities for operational improvement and technology optimization.
