Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent, customer focused support with professionalism and follow-through.
- Configure and reconfigure hardware, including workstations and printers, supporting new office setups and acquisition activities.
- Analyze and resolve end user hardware, software, and connectivity issues, including more complex technical problems.
- Coordinate with office staff and IT teams during scheduled hardware refresh activities.
- Create and maintain accurate, consistent records for all support requests.
- Monitor progress on issue resolution and keep users informed of status and next steps.
- Maintain current knowledge of supported technologies and support policies to deliver accurate, effective solutions for internal clients.
- Proven competence in a Microsoft Windows environment, including Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365, and Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware with hands on experience setting up, configuring, and rebuilding workstations.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve more complex technical issues independently.
- Experience with Service Now and engineering design applications is a plus.
- Experience working in an ITIL based and SOX compliant organization is a plus.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of three days per week working on site.
- Must be able to move, carry, and manipulate equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record is required.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of related experience.
- Technical degree/diploma/certificate or equivalent in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

United States | MA | Boston. Some travel is required, primarily to other local office locations.
Locations in WA, DC & various CA, MA, VA areas – $77,400.00 - $ annually.
Pay Transparency:
In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Compensation is based on education, qualifications, experience, and work location. Some roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro‑rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
