SAP Functional Analyst II HR

Position: SAP Functional Analyst II HR Applications
Boston University Information Services & Technology (IS&T) is seeking applicants with diverse skills and experience to join our innovative and inclusive community. Join us as an SAP Functional Analyst II where you will understand and address business needs within HR applications, including Student Employment, and provide operational support for SAP HR modules. You will work in a collaborative environment with clients and developers to deliver solutions that follow SAP best practices and design thinking.

As part of the HR Applications team, you will report to the Assistant Director, HR Applications.

You Will:

* Participate in operational support and maintenance of HR and Student Employment Systems applications and integrations.

* Analyze, functionally design, configure, test and release applications, components and integrations based on business and service requirements.

* Document and maintain functional requirements and support documentation for responsible areas in BUworks-HCM.

Required Skills

You Will Have:

* B.A./B.S. or comparable experience 5+ years of applicable experience.

* Experience in Human Resource policies along with SAP HCM and other SAP Tools and Technologies and best practices, including, but not limited to, SAP ERP, Business Suite on HANA, ESS/MSS, SAP Fiori, and SAP Success Factors.
