Lab Vantage Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Lab Vantage Administrator to manage, configure, and support the Lab Vantage Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). The ideal candidate will have expertise in Lab Vantage administration, system configuration, user management, workflow customization, integrations, and production support within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or clinical laboratory environments.

• Administer, configure, and maintain the Lab Vantage LIMS platform.
• Manage system configuration, master data, users, roles, permissions, and security.
• Configure workflows, sample lifecycle, test methods, specifications, and laboratory processes.
• Support instrument integration using Lab Vantage interfaces and third-party tools.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
• Troubleshoot application, database, and integration issues.
• Perform system upgrades, patch installations, and environment migrations.
• Support application validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) in regulated environments.
• Manage system backups, disaster recovery, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with laboratory users, QA, QC, manufacturing, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
• Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards including FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, GMP, and ALCOA+ principles.
• Support change management, incident management, and production support activities.
