Job Title:
Operations Business Intelligence Analyst
My client is a dynamic company that develops high‑precision direct‑drive motion control systems and robotic automation technologies for industries such as semiconductors, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, and aerospace. They are looking to add a FULLY ON‑SITE Business Intelligence Analyst to support Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Purchasing, and Executive Leadership.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN OR GREEN CARD HOLDER
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain operational dashboards, KPIs, and management reports to support Inventory Management, Purchasing, and Executive Leadership.
- Extract, analyze, and interpret data from ERP systems (Epicor, Aegis, MiSys), SQL databases, and other business systems to drive informed decision‑making.
- Perform inventory, supply chain, supplier, BOM, and cost analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Create recurring and ad hoc reports while enhancing reporting efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity through automation and process improvements.
- Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Leadership teams to deliver data‑driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, supply chain, operations, or data analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Finance, Operations Management, Analytics, or any related field.
- Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Epicor, MISys, Aegis MES, or other manufacturing systems.
