Neurable is building neurotechnology that makes brain data useful in everyday life. Our software and hardware platform enables EEG-based devices to work beyond controlled lab environments, opening the door to new ways of understanding focus, fatigue, cognitive performance, wellbeing, and human-computer interaction. We are a small, ambitious team working across neuroscience, hardware, software, AI, product, research, and operations. The work is technically challenging, deeply interdisciplinary, and grounded in a responsibility to build technology that earns trust.

• Neuroscience & Research: EEG research, cognitive science, experimental design, data analysis, human subjects research
• Electrical Engineering: PCB design, embedded systems, sensors, low-power systems, hardware validation
• Firmware & Embedded Systems: wearable devices, Bluetooth/BLE, DSP, device bring-up, hardware/software integration
• Product & UX: mobile experiences, behavior change, cognitive insights, product strategy, user research
• R&D and Prototyping: early-stage concepts, technical exploration, rapid experimentation, lab-to-product translation

Strong candidates often bring some combination of:

• Experience building, researching, designing, or scaling technical products
• Interest in neuroscience, cognitive performance, wearables, AI, health, human-computer interaction, or consumer technology
• Comfort working across disciplines and translating ideas between technical and non-technical teams
• A builder's mindset: practical, creative, rigorous, and allergic to unnecessary fog
• Clear communication and strong judgment
• Care for privacy, quality, user trust, and responsible technology
• Excitement for startup environments where the map is still being drawn
