Job Title
• Hands-on experience supporting Stibo STEP platform in a production environment
• Experience with enhancements, BAU support, break/fix, and continuous improvement work
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, including:
JavaScript Business Rules within STEP, practical experience building STEP workflows and UIs, solid understanding of system design principles, prior STEP training and real-world project experience, experience implementing packaged software solutions (MDM experience strongly preferred)
• Strong communication skills: ability to explain technical concepts in business terms, comfortable documenting complex processes and solutions
• Experience working in Agile delivery frameworks
