Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

8+ years in IT and Quality Assurance.

5+ years supporting Pharma/Life Sciences customers.

Experience leading global testing services delivery across US, UK, and India.

Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Test Strategy & Governance

Functional, Integration, UAT, and Regression Testing

Data Testing & Validation

• Own end-to-end Testing & Validation service delivery across multiple Pharma projects
• Lead onsite/offshore QA teams and manage delivery, quality, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Define test strategy, governance, KPIs, and quality standards.
• Drive QA through automation, AI-enabled testing, and Quality Engineering practices.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, CSV/CSA, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity requirements.
• Act as escalation point for delivery issues and customer concerns.
• Support solutioning, staffing, and growth initiatives.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

• Strong Pharma domain knowledge.
• Proven QA delivery experience.
• Ability to drive test modernization.
• Excellent customer management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience building high-performing QA service.

Salary Range: $110,000 -$130,000 year
