* Support product prioritization and planning discussions with business and technology stakeholders, helping evaluate trade-offs, dependencies, risks, delivery timelines, and business impact.

* Manage stakeholder expectations regarding product priorities, timelines, delivery constraints, decisions, and value realization.

* Lead and guide a team of Product Owners to ensure work is coordinated, usable, and aligned to shared product, platform, and business objectives.

* Foster a strong product culture grounded in customer-centric thinking, transparency, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

* Act as the content authority for product features and support Agile Release Train activities, including planning, delivery alignment, system demos, and inspect-and-adapt discussions.

* Proactively understand the short- and long-term business and technology needs of Patient Services, Market Access and Medical teams, and help shape DD&T priorities accordingly.

* Identify high-priority and critical issues, assess customer and business impact, and partner with cross-functional teams to develop effective solutions.

* Define KPIs and value measures to track product adoption, performance, business outcomes, and DD&T impact.

* Partner across technology, data, analytics, architecture, platform, and business teams to deliver measurable value and ensure adherence to governance, architecture, data, and delivery standards.

* Collaborate with OBU and USBU business, product, and access partners to identify portfolio synergies, shared Salesforce platform opportunities, and ways to reduce duplication and improve scalability.

* Explore internal and external trends, emerging technologies, and innovation opportunities to support high-value digital and data proof-of-concepts and strategic use cases.
