Pomeroy is seeking an Onsite IT Support Technician to deliver hands-on IT support at our Walk-In Center and client sites in Boston. You will handle hardware, software, connectivity, and peripheral issues while maintaining a professional, customer-focused service experience.
Responsibilities include incident logging in Service Now, troubleshooting Windows and macOS, supporting devices and printers, and providing room-wide AV support. 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
