Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics

We're partnering with our client, a data-driven organization, to find a talented Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics. Located in a flexible working environment, this role is key to shaping advanced marketing insights and strategic decisions. The position offers a hybrid workstyle–on-site Mon-Thu–working closely with cross‑functional teams.

• Lead initiatives to develop and enhance integrated marketing measurement and testing frameworks supporting business decisions.
• Proactively deliver insights and recommendations that influence marketing channel strategies across various platforms.
• Collaborate with data teams to adopt advanced analytical techniques and operationalize models.
• Drive comprehensive analysis of marketing campaigns, site performance, and channel attribution.
• Develop and communicate strategic findings to senior stakeholders, ensuring data literacy across teams.

• Over ten years of experience in data analysis, data science, or strategic marketing analytics demonstrating substantial business impact.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and knowledge of statistical languages such as Python or R.
• Extensive experience with marketing channels including email, paid search, and paid media.
• Deep expertise with attribution modeling, including MMM and MTA, and LTV prediction capabilities.
• Hands‑on experience with analytics platforms like GA4, Salesforce, Semrush, and Google Search Console.
