Job Title
Required Skills /
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 7+ years of experience as a Test Lead or in a similar role in ETL testing and data testing within the banking and financial domain
- Expertise in testing ETL processes, data quality, data migration, and data integrity verification
- Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies specific to ETL and data testing
- Strong understanding of SQL, database systems, and data warehousing concepts
- Experience in developing test strategies, plans, and cases for data-centric projects
- Proficiency in using Jira for issue tracking, project management, and test case management
- Familiarity with ALM tools for test planning and execution
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Preferred:
Certifications in ETL testing or related domains, knowledge of regulatory requirements in banking and finance
