We are seeking a senior pharmaceutical data & analytics subject matter expert to support the Cystic Fibrosis Sales & Performance team. This role will serve as the functional expert across commercial data, Snowflake/lakehouse assets, reporting, and analytics while partnering closely with business and technology teams. The position will evolve into leading a dedicated analytics support pod.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the subject matter expert for cystic fibrosis commercial data, sales performance, and reporting.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define data requirements, KPIs, and reporting solutions.
- Support data validation, reconciliation, business rules, data quality, and metric definitions.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams on Snowflake/lakehouse architecture and reporting-ready data products.
- Guide offshore teams and help establish governance, documentation, and delivery processes for the future analytics pod.
