Skills:
Monitoring tools and analytics platforms (Splunk etc) ITSM integration (e.g., Service Now) Automation concepts (scripts, workflows) Data analysis and reporting Certifications (Preferred): ITIL Foundation Relevant monitoring/tool certifications
Education:
Bachelor's in IT / Computer Science / Engineering
