Corporate Knowledge Management & Innovation Attorney
The Corporate Knowledge Management & Innovation Attorney plays a strategic role in developing and executing initiatives that enhance knowledge capture, structure, and utilization within the Corporate Section. The candidate will lead efforts in managing legal content, experience data, and practice technology, collaborating closely with practice leaders, attorneys, and cross-functional teams across areas such as IT, Business Development, and Professional Development. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining the section's knowledge infrastructure, overseeing content governance, and ensuring accessibility of resources across firm systems.
The role also involves refining data standards, managing legal technology tools, and supporting their adoption through training and outreach. Additionally, the attorney will support process design for transactions, standardize workflows, and lead projects to improve practice support and efficiency. The position requires proactive collaboration with various teams and leadership to align knowledge initiatives with firm strategy. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of corporate transactional experience (M&A, venture capital, private equity, or securities) and three years in a knowledge or practice support role, with strong skills in technology, data analysis, and project management.
A J.D. is required. Salary ranges are $225,000–$250,000 in Boston and $240,000–$280,000 in New York.
