Overview
Trillium Professional is now seeking a Systems Administrator in Boston, MA for a Hybrid, 2 days onsite, 3 days WFH. This posting is for a Systems Administrator to assist the Executive Office for Administration and Finance IT (A&F IT) in its support of the Commonwealth’s Operational Services Division (OSD).
Primary Responsibilities- Document the network topology of the OSD’s print shop.
- Document the setup of inserters and sorters, including ports and IP ranges.
- Provide technical support for OSD’s print shop, servers and network infrastructure.
- Document the current DF Works network setup, including ports and protocols.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, networking and systems.
- Document the software installed on desktops, along with the required ports and protocols.

Qualifications- 4+ years of IT experience in a support or systems/network administration role.
- 3+ years’ experience working in a data center environment or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server (2012 - 2022).
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, One Drive, Azure).
- Strong understanding of networking concepts: firewalls and routing protocols.
- Understanding of system hardening and security compliance.
