GTM Engineer
Bevi is on a mission to transform how beverages are delivered and consumed. Our connected beverage platform eliminates the need for single-use bottles and cans, making it easy, fun, and sustainable to stay hydrated. As the category leader in IoT-enabled beverage technology, we're building a future where Bevi machines are everywhere people live, work, and connect. We've raised over $160M in venture capital, serve thousands of customers across the US, Canada, UK and Ireland, and we've been rapidly growing year over year, saving over 1 billion bottles from waste.
In addition to driving hypergrowth with our current product line, Bevi is heavily investing in new product development.
We're seeking a GTM Engineer to join our Revenue Operations team. This is a hands-on builder role for someone who thinks in systems, ships like a product team, and gets energy from replacing manual work with automation and AI. You'll design, build, and scale the technical infrastructure that powers our go-to-market motion, and help us collapse the time between idea and execution from months to hours.
You'll partner closely with our Senior Director of Revenue Operations and embed across GTM to identify friction, ship solutions, and measure impact. This role sits at the intersection of revenue strategy and technical execution. It's high-visibility, high-ownership, and built for someone who wants to shape how modern GTM gets done at Bevi.
Your day to day:
- Embed with Sales & Marketing leaders to identify high-impact problems, write specs, and translate business needs into clear technical requirements and delivery plans
- Run GTM Engineering with product discipline: scope, prototype, ship, measure, and scale what works
- Define success metrics for every system you ship: meetings booked, pipeline influenced, speed-to-lead, conversion, rep hours reclaimed, and CRM data quality
- Build LLM-powered workflows and agents that give sellers and marketers leverage in their day-to-day work, including prompt libraries, outbound personalization, and account research at scale
- Design and ship workflows for enrichment, routing, segmentation, scoring, and signal-based actions that remove friction across the GTM lifecycle, from lead capture and account prioritization through sales handoff
- Build agentic outbound systems that help reps prospect smarter and personalize at scale, so they spend more time selling and less time researching
- Reduce administrative burden on reps by making CRM data capture more efficient: automated logging, smart field updates, and in-workflow tools that meet reps where they already work
- Connect our GTM stack (Salesforce, Hub Spot, intent tools, internal tools, and analytics) using AI-powered, lightweight integrations that move faster than formal engineering timelines, then hand off and product ionize what works with our Enterprise Applications team
- Stay current on emerging GTM tools and best practices; bring clear recommendations on what Bevi should be adopting, testing, or retiring as the landscape evolves
Who you are:
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Marketing Ops, or GTM Engineering in a B2B environment
- Practical experience with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI) and prompt engineering; you've shipped AI-powered workflows in production, not just experimented
- Deep Salesforce fluency: data model, automation patterns, workflow design, QA, and hygiene practices
- Hands-on experience building and operationalizing enrichment and orchestration workflows (tools like Clay, Apollo, n8n, Zapier, or similar)
- Comfortable writing SQL and working with APIs, webhooks, and data integrations
- Strong commercial bias: you ask "does this actually help someone close a deal?" before you ask "is this technically cool?"
- Systems thinker with a bias for automation and low tolerance for manual work
- Strong project management skills: planning, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and execution
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and coach through adoption
Pay range: $123,250 - $152,250 USD
Benefits:
- Comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance plans with Blue Cross Blue Shield, 95% paid by employer
- 401(k) with company match
- Flexible PTO plus 12 company holidays, and additional paid days for sick leave, etc
- Generous fully paid parental leave for both birth parents and non-birth parents
- Fully employer paid disability and life insurances
- Wellness and fitness reimbursements
- Monthly stipends for cell phone use and commuting costs
- Onsite snacks, weekly catered lunch, and (of course) unlimited Bevi... plus composting and terra-cycling, too
- Happy hours, team-building events, bagel breakfasts, Values awards - and more.
