  • Act as the content authority for product features and support Agile Release Train activities, including planning, delivery alignment, system demos, and inspect-and-adapt discussions.
  • Proactively understand the short- and long-term business and technology needs of Patient Services, Market Access and Medical teams, and help shape DD&T priorities accordingly.
  • Identify high-priority and critical issues, assess customer and business impact, and partner with cross-functional teams to develop effective solutions.
  • Define KPIs and value measures to track product adoption, performance, business outcomes, and DD&T impact.
  • Partner across technology, data, analytics, architecture, platform, and business teams to deliver measurable value and ensure adherence to governance, architecture, data, and delivery standards.
  • Collaborate with OBU and USBU business, product, and access partners to identify portfolio synergies, shared Salesforce platform opportunities, and ways to reduce duplication and improve scalability.
