R&D Data Product Manager / Director
We are excited to be expanding our Life Science Data Analytics Platform group in our Boston and Cambridge offices. We are looking for an R&D Data Product Manager / Director to join our Life Science Data Analytics Platform Group.
At Arrayo, we transform the way businesses interact with and benefit from data. We assist top tier clients in life sciences in implementing effective Data Analytics strategies. Our goal is to bridge the gap between data producers and consumers by creating data products that drive business value from data.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate extensively with R&D stakeholders to define and effectively communicate the vision and roadmap for the product, ensuring alignment with data strategy and architecture.
- Establish requirements to guarantee compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and system quality requirements.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and value propositions.
- Champion the adoption of designated product lines.
- Establish and oversee a cross-functional team, ensuring effective collaboration and daily interaction across business units.
- Collaborate with the relevant cross-functional teams, comprising data scientists, data engineers, software engineers.
Skills:
- 3+ / 5+ years of experience in digital product management or an adjacent position.
- Ability to drive the adoption of agile/product-development practices in an enterprise setting.
- Deep understanding of the life sciences R&D processes and data/applications with expertise in at least one of the following areas:
- Mass spectrometry-based Proteomics
- Digital Pathology (Experience with Halo preferred)
- MRNA and Vaccine Design in research
- Generative AI for small molecule prediction (OpenAI)
- Collaborative Drug Design (D360, Knime)
- Small Molecule – Virtual Chemical Space
- Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Effective presentation and organizational skills, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, cross-functional teams.
- Ability to lead, collaborate, and influence teams without direct authority, demonstrating proven ability in these areas.
- MS/Ph.D. in Life Sciences Domain
