Wolf & Company, P.C. is seeking a motivated Service Desk Technician to join our Information Services team in Boston. The role provides first-line support, troubleshoots hardware, software, and access issues, and supports device deployments via Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
Ideal candidates have 0-2 years of help desk experience, a related degree, and familiarity with Microsoft 365, Entra , and Service Now. Onsite work 3-4 days per week during onboarding is expected.
