Wolf & Company, P.C. is seeking a motivated Service Desk Technician to join our Information Services team in Boston. This role delivers first-line technical support and troubleshoots hardware, software, and access issues for employees.
You will deploy devices with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot, support Microsoft 365, Entra , and security tools, and help with onboarding and IT projects. Onsite presence is required 3-4 days during onboarding.
