Workday Prism Architect
Trillium Professional is now seeking a Workday Prism Architect in Boston, MA for a direct-hire opportunity!
Salary: $136,500–$146,400
Overview:
Enterprise-level Workday Prism Analytics lead responsible for architecture, data modeling, pipeline development, platform support, and reporting strategy. This individual will own the end-to-end Prism environment, partnering with reporting, integration, HRIS, Finance, and business teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design, development, and support of Workday Prism Analytics.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, datasets, transformations, and security models.
- Architect scalable Prism solutions and establish development standards and best practices.
- Manage ingestion of Workday and external data sources.
- Partner with reporting, integration, governance, HRIS, Finance, and business stakeholders.
- Optimize platform performance and provide Tier 2/3 support.
- Drive Workday reporting strategy, user adoption, and platform expansion.
- Mentor technical resources and promote reusable architecture patterns.
Must-Have Requirements:
- 5+ years of Workday experience.
- 2+ years hands-on Workday Prism Analytics architecture and development.
- Strong experience with:
Workday Prism Analytics, data modeling, ETL/Data pipelines, enterprise reporting architecture, Workday reporting and calculated fields, Workday HCM and/or Finance data structures, experience blending external data with Workday data in Prism, understanding of Workday security and access controls. Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Workday Prism Certification.
- Background in data governance, analytics architecture, or enterprise data platforms.
- Experience supporting HRIS, Finance Systems, or Supply Chain reporting environments.
