Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary onsite point of contact, representing the delivery team and ensuring effective coordination with client stakeholders.
• Manage client communications, understand business priorities, and drive timely resolution of issues and dependencies.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships through proactive engagement, transparency, and effective expectation management.
• Operational Unblocking & Logistics
• Identify risks, unblock challenges, and facilitate escalation management to ensure smooth project execution.
• Work independently onsite while collaborating with offshore teams to align delivery activities and outcomes.
• Provide regular status updates, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery aligned with client objectives.
• SME Scheduling:
  Coordinate and lock in Oracle SME availability to support data mapping and integration reviews
• Pilot Readiness:
  Oversee certification and pilot run logistics directly on the ground.
• Cross-Border Communication:
  Context Translation:
  Translate local client business context and feedback to the offshore factory team.
• Status Reporting:
  Relay technical delivery updates back to client leaders

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master of Engineering, or related fields.
