Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Lead (Mar Tech)
Core Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews
• Identify, track, and proactively remove blockers impacting team delivery
• Coordinate dependencies across business, technology, product, and vendor teams
• Drive accountability for action items, commitments, and key decisions
• Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to ensure priorities remain aligned with strategic objectives
• Establish visibility into sprint progress, delivery health, risks, and dependencies
• Lead proactive risk and issue management efforts, escalating concerns when appropriate
• Support teams in maintaining predictable delivery rhythms while adapting to changing priorities
• Create clear status reporting and communications for stakeholders and leadership
• Foster collaboration and alignment across multiple work streams and teams
• Promote Agile best practices while remaining flexible and outcome-focused
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness, processes, and delivery quality
• Help teams establish measurable goals and monitor progress toward key milestones
• Support project planning, roadmap execution, and release coordination activities

• 7+ years of experience in Scrum Master, Project Manager, Program Manager, Delivery Manager, or related leadership roles
• 5+ years of experience leading Agile teams in complex enterprise environments
• 5+ years of experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving Agile delivery practices
• 5+ years of experience managing risks, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination efforts
• 5+ years of experience partnering with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology organizations
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent initiatives and competing priorities
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and iterative delivery models
• Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve delivery impediments
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Confluence, or similar Agile delivery tools
• Proven ability to build trust and influence teams without direct authority
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments

• Experience supporting enterprise transformation, modernization, or large-scale strategic initiatives
• Background in financial services, insurance, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries
• Experience coordinating work across distributed teams and multiple business units
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent)
• Experience supporting product, technology, data, or digital transformation programs
• Familiarity with portfolio planning, roadmap management, and release management practices
• Experience working with executive-level stakeholders and leadership teams
• Demonstrated success improving team velocity, predictability, and delivery outcomes
• Experience coaching teams on Agile principles and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
