Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Must have worked in Labavantage for more than 5 years.
Prior hands-on experience evaluating, designing & configuring the Lab Vantage Empower Connector to integrate Empower 3
(v3.6.1) to Lab Vantage (v8.8)
Should be aware of optional design and configuration approaches and able to advise on best options given our technical configurations, master data setups and functional configurations of both systems
Prior hands-on experience evaluating, designing & configuring Lab Vantage SDMS to bi-directionally integrate complex (file-based)
instruments and Lab Vantage LIMS / LES
Should be well versed in options available to interface complex instruments of various types to Lab Vantage LIMS / LES
Should be able to evaluate environments and make recommendations / provide options for how to best interface
instruments
Should be aware of and able to advise on best options given our technical configs, our NuGenesis instrument data archive solutions and functional configurations to minimize data integrity risks
Prior hands-on experience evaluating, designing and configuring Lab Vantage LIMS / LES to interface simple instruments for
data capture
Should be well versed in setup and configuration of hardware devices (E.g. Lantronix) to connect simple devices to networks
Should be well versed in setting simple analytical device options (balances, meters etc.) to best enable data capture in Lab Vantage
LIMS / LES and minimize data integrity risks
Lab Vantage certification (Optional but advantageous)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Technical Architect/Lab Vantage SME role
- Manage Customer Deliverables and timely reporting.
- Experienced and self-directed individual able to work independently and collaboratively in matrixed team environment, lead business users / stakeholders and DTE team members to complete assigned workstream tasks in a timely manner and with expected level of quality
- Strong communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
Pre-Screening Questionnaire Have good development and technical implementation experience in Lab Vantage
Must be able to travel and work from customer office location on Boston on need basis.
Must have prior experience in integrating Empower and instruments with Lab Vantage.
Excellent communication and self-organized.
What are Regulated Positions "Regulated Positions” are those positions which requires TAG to recruit candidates with specific work authorizations viz., US Citizens (or) US Persons only as these may be regulated by any of the below listed per MSA.
- ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations).
- NERC CIP (NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection).
- NRC (Nuclear Regulatory Commission).
- Any other regulations as appropriate.
