We are looking for a strategic and driven Engagement Manager to lead high-impact analytics consulting engagements for top-tier clients across the Pharma/Lifesciences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• End-to-End Engagement Ownership:
  Take full accountability for client engagements from inception to completion, ensuring the successful execution of data, analytics, and AI initiatives.
• Strategic Translation:
  Act as the bridge between business and technology by translating complex business problems into viable, scalable analytics and AI solutions.
• Stakeholder Management:
  Manage, cultivate, and expand relationships with senior client stakeholders, ensuring alignment, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Cross-Functional Leadership:
  Lead and support cross-functional delivery teams consisting of data scientists, data engineers, and business analysts to ensure high-quality project execution.
• Account Growth & Business Development:
  Proactively "mine the account" by identifying new opportunities, shaping proposals, and expanding the client footprint to drive sustained account growth.
