CRM Platforms Lead USBU

About The Role

• Drives CRM strategy and execution for USBU Field Sales, Medical and Access capabilities; acts as a conduit between field teams and delivery teams.
• Translates strategic needs into clear, buildable requirements and release plans.
• Ensures CRM platform execution is aligned to standards, compliant, and measurable.

• Develop and lead execution of an overall CRM strategy tailored to business priorities across in-line and launch brands, including existing capabilities and new technology investments.
• Primary DD&T point of contact for FPO, CEE and DD&T delivery pods; guides technology usage and identifies investment areas aligned to business strategy.
• Owns cross-functional delivery coordination and intake-to-release discipline for key CRM platform initiatives.
• Drives consistency and reuse through standard patterns, templates, and enablement.

• Create a roadmap of CRM priorities aligned with USBU and DD&T strategy.
• Translate field objectives into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
• Build, test, and deploy CRM solutions in an agile manner with onshore/offshore delivery teams.
• Ensure launch/release readiness with validation and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain enablement artifacts (technical design and testing documentation).
• Enforce platform standards and ensure changes are approved by CRM Architecture Council.

• Bachelor’s degree (business/technology/computer science or related) or equivalent experience.
• 8–12+ years in CRM platform delivery, digital product, or program leadership.
• Experience delivering in regulated environments; CRM platforms, commercial technologies, and Agile delivery (preferably pharma/life sciences).
• Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable solutions and delivery plans.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and competing priorities.
• Strong communication, influencing, and change-management skills.
