The successful candidate will join a fast‑paced consulting team composed of Partners, Product Managers, Data Scientists, Architects, and Software Engineers to conceptualize, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions that address enterprise‑scale problems. As a team, we pride ourselves on tackling some of the most complex challenges our clients face by combining subject matter expertise, data science, and technical execution.

As an AI & Automation Data Scientist Associate
, you will have the opportunity to work with industry‑leading data science, machine learning, and AI technologies on cloud platforms such as IBM Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and AWS. You will contribute to innovative projects that generate value for external client engagements and internal initiatives while collaborating with experienced practitioners across consulting, data science, and software engineering disciplines.

In this role, you will help clients unlock value from their data through advanced analytics, machine learning, automation, and Generative AI technologies.

• Develop and deploy AI, machine learning, and automation solutions for enterprise clients
• Analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights that support business decision‑making
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business challenges into data‑driven solutions
• Support the development of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and advanced analytics applications
• Participate in proof‑of‑concept development, experimentation, and production deployment activities
• Contribute to client presentations, technical demonstrations, and solution recommendations
• Continuously build expertise in data science, machine learning, cloud technologies, and consulting practices
• Candidates considered for positions located in Quebec must be fluent in French.
