Your role and responsibilities

As an Associate Oracle Consultant at IBM, you will assist clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of Oracle application packaged solutions to meet client needs. Leveraging a growth mindset, you're ready and willing to deliver business value, wherever needed. In your role, you may be responsible for:

  • Assist clients in selection, implementation, and support of packaged software solutions.
  • Support strategic recommendations and leverage business knowledge to drive solutions for clients and their management.
  • Facilitate or support workshops, meetings, project management and stakeholder interviews.
  • Develop process maps to understand As-Is and To-Be scenarios.

This opportunity is based in Montreal, Calgary, Toronto, Ottawa and supports Associate Consultant hiring cohorts commencing in May 2027 and September 2027
