Research Analyst – Software & Hardware Testing

Overview

As a Research Analyst, you will solve real-world challenges that impact the front lines of public health, life science, and clinical research initiatives. You’ll support the mission and grow with it, building a meaningful career in health.

• Support the customer with testing software/hardware components, analyzing complex, technical problems, reporting on issues, and demonstrating potential solutions.
• Collaborate with our customer and end user to identify challenges and define requirements.
• Drive the testing and demonstration of various hardware and software components to recommend potential improvements.
• Utilize technical knowledge and testing procedures to assist the customer.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor of Science
• Experience:
  
  2+ years of related experience
• Technical skills:
  Knowledge of testing patters, requirements analysis, technical writing.
• Security clearance level:
  Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
• Role requirements:
  
  Travel up to 25%. Must be able to demonstrate technologies and brief capabilities.
