Senior Microsoft Consultant

- Hybrid Boston. We’re looking for an Azure/M365 Consultant who not only has deep technical expertise but also an outgoing, approachable personality. This person will help our client straighten out an Azure/M365 environment that hasn’t always been set up according to best practices, ensuring it’s secure, compliant, and optimized for the business.
The role will involve supporting Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and data room management. This includes cleaning up access—like removing users from dynamic groups who haven’t logged in for over a year—while also rolling out Microsoft Copilot across the organization. You’ll work across Exchange, Intune, Conditional Access policies, and Purview to ensure the implementation is done correctly.
This is a hybrid role in Boston, where culture matters just as much as technical delivery. We’re looking for someone who can be accountable, deliver on commitments, and also help train and upskill internal resources to carry the torch forward. If you’re a Microsoft cloud resource who knows Azure, M365, and Copilot—and you’re just as good at people as you are at tech—you’ll thrive here.
They ll need someone who s fully authorized to work in the US without any sponsorship / visa (cannot support H1B).
This contract is C2C must be through your own LLC (CANNOT be through an employer).

Responsibilities- Support Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and data room management; clean up access and manage group membership.
- Roll out Microsoft Copilot across the organization.
- Coordinate across Exchange, Intune, Conditional Access policies, and Purview to ensure correct implementation.
- Maintain security, compliance, and optimization for the Azure/M365 environment.
- Train and upskill internal resources to carry the torch forward.
- Hybrid role in Boston; emphasize culture and technical delivery.
- Strong Azure and M365 expertise with experience across Teams, SharePoint Online, and Copilot.
- Ability to communicate effectively and be personable; capable of training others.
- Accountable, delivery-focused, and professional in a hybrid work setting.
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship (no H1B).
- Contract/C2C arrangement through own LLC.
