Aquent Talent seeks a Business Analyst 2 for Global Partner Stores to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. In this role, you will analyze performance across global partner store programs, build dashboards and reports, and support forecasting and scenario planning. You'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, optimize processes, and present findings that guide strategic decisions. Ideal candidates bring strong SQL/Excel skills, experience with BI tools, and a passion for using data to improve global operations in creative and digital-focused environments.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data for global partner stores performance.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and business trends.
- Support forecasting, planning, and scenario analysis for partner operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytical requirements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, concise formats.
- Maintain data quality, documentation, and reporting standards.
- Support ad hoc analysis for strategic initiatives and partner programs.
