Job Overview Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Physical Security Project Manager (SPM) who has passion to lead the delivery of physical security systems for new office and facility builds, and who will also serve as Program Manager for the GSIS Design Engineering Construction (DEC) operating model and construction administration practice. This role will serve as primary point of coordination across internal teams, vendors, and construction partners to ensure systems are implemented on time, on budget, and aligned with GSIS standards.

The SPM will manage the complete project lifecycle from project inception through operational handover, and will own the DEC Framework and program pillars, the manager-level program dashboard, portfolio scheduling and Cap Ex allocation, and the standard processes for construction-phase administration, commissioning, and closeout across all sites. The ideal candidate is familiar with electronic security systems design, program governance, construction administration, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
