ERP Integration Specialist

We are looking for an ERP Integration Specialist to support a manufacturing organization in Boston, Massachusetts with expert leadership on a long-term contract engagement. This role will guide the planning and execution of a Kronos implementation, ensuring timelines, testing activities, and key project phases are fully defined and practical. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Kronos Timekeeping System deployments and can provide informed recommendations on scope, sequencing, and delivery expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine a comprehensive project roadmap for the Kronos implementation, covering milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Advise stakeholders on realistic timelines, resource needs, and sequencing to help ensure the implementation plan is thorough and achievable.
• Lead planning sessions that address all critical work streams, including configuration, integration touchpoints, validation, and user readiness.
• Coordinate and oversee testing activities to confirm system functionality, data accuracy, and process alignment before deployment.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Kronos Timekeeping System best practices to support effective implementation decisions.
• Identify gaps in project planning and recommend adjustments to improve execution quality and reduce delivery risk.
• Partner with internal teams and project stakeholders to align priorities, clarify requirements, and support implementation progress.
• Monitor implementation activities and communicate status, challenges, and recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
