Senior Consultant, WFM

• Serve as Lead Consultant for UKG Pro Workforce Management implementations
• Lead client discovery sessions and document functional and technical requirements
• Develop best-fit future-state solutions with clients
• Collaborate with solution consultants to configure and test client solutions
• Lead solution development and review workshops
• Provide quality control over solution build and unit testing
• Support development of client test strategies and test cases
• Manage solution-delivery risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Support clients through UAT, deployment, and go-live
• Collaborate with UKG Pro consultants on joint UKG Pro/UKG Pro WFM implementations
• Collaborate with cross-functional consultants to deliver optimal client solutions
• Conduct UKG WFM assessments and provide best-practice recommendations and future-state enhancements

• 3 or more years of UKG Workforce Management (Workforce Dimensions) experience;
  Workforce Central experience considered
• Experience with UKG Workforce Management implementation methodology and process
• Experience with joint UKG Pro and Workforce Dimensions implementations is a plus
• Track record of meeting client deliverables during software implementations
• Experience managing multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
• Proven success communicating with clients, uncovering needs, and developing best-practice solutions
• Ability to lead and execute all implementation phases, including discovery, requirements documentation, solution development, system configuration, testing, and deployment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to engage clients and vendors effectively during projects and implementations
• UKG implementation certifications preferred
• Must not require sponsorship now or in the future for entry-level hiring; F-1 visa holders are excluded from entry-level sponsorship

Demonstrates expertise in UKG Pro Workforce Management implementations, including leading client discovery sessions, documenting requirements, and developing tailored solutions. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, ensure quality control, and effectively communicate with clients throughout the implementation process.
