Our Insurance account is seeking a strong Personal Lines Auto Pricing Program professional to join the Auto Delivery team. This role will own and execute end-to-end rollout of personal auto insurance pricing programs across assigned states
, partnering with State Operations, Technology, Data Science, and other cross-functional teams.
- Own and execute end-to-end rollout of personal auto insurance pricing programs across assigned states.
- Gather, document, and communicate product/pricing requirements to business and technology stakeholders.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned pricing programs and states.
- Provide recommendations that influence state decisions and support broader corporate strategy.
- Lead cross-functional work streams and moderate-to-high complexity projects
. - Perform complex analysis to support business decisions, including research of competitor offerings and insurance filings
. - Partner with IT to communicate the business vision, requirements, and impact of pricing changes.
- Manage project timelines, identify risks, develop contingency plans, and elevate blockers.
- Provide regular project updates to leadership and key stakeholders
. - Lead job-shadowing sessions and provide technical training and user support to business teams.
- Experience in Personal Auto Insurance
, particularly product, pricing, rating, or state implementation
. - Strong project/program management experience with multiple cross-functional work streams.
- Experience gathering and translating business/product requirements for technology teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct complex research and analysis.
- Understanding of insurance rating programs, pricing mechanics, filings, and state regulatory requirements
. - Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
. - Ability to develop creative solutions and make data-driven recommendations.
