Bizzy Car is seeking a Technical Setup Specialist to lead the onboarding and technical integration for new customers. You will manage kickoff calls, configure and integrate DMS and scheduling tools, troubleshoot initial issues, and ensure a smooth go-live within days to three weeks.
You will collaborate with Customer Success, DMS vendors, Scheduling tool providers, and Sales to ensure accurate onboarding and handoff. Strong organizational skills and SaaS or automotive tech experience are required.
