Worldwide Tech Services in the U.S. Northeast provides technology services to demanding clients. The Dynamic PC Support role performs basic to moderate troubleshooting on desktops and laptops and may support Desk Side applications and infrastructure.
You will interact directly with clients, address issues promptly, and follow service level agreements. You may travel to client locations, lift equipment up to 50 lbs, and maintain OEM certifications.
