The Loss Insights Analytics team sits within US Retail Markets Property Claims organization and is at the center of some of the most consequential decisions in our claims organization. We quantify the financial impact of changes across the full lifecycle of a claim — from first notice of loss through final resolution — including the adoption of new tools, vendors, and process innovations.

Columbus, OH; or Plano, TX will follow a hybrid schedule, coming into the office two days per week. Otherwise, this role is remote.

About the Role:

We are hiring a Senior Analyst
to join the Loss Insights team. In this role, you will design and execute high-complexity analyses that drive tangible improvements to claims handling processes and financial outcomes. You will serve as a trusted analytical voice to senior stakeholders, translating nuanced data findings into clear, compelling recommendations. This is not just a reporting role — it is a thinking role. You will be expected to challenge assumptions, identify the stories hidden in data, and advocate for evidence-based decisions.

• Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum 3 years, typically 4 or more years of experience, or equivalent, is required. Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or other quantitative field are preferred fields of study.
• Advanced knowledge of data sources, tools, statistical principles and methodologies, and techniques.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, macros, scripts, formulas, data visualization, etc.), PowerPoint, and statistical software packages (SAS, Snowflake).
• Must have good planning, analytical, decision‑making and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of business to improve business outcomes.
