- Participate in the 10-month FASTER onboarding and development program

- Demonstrated experience applying technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills in an Enterprise IT-related project
- Motivation to engage in self-directed learning on new technologies
- Experience with Red Hat products and/or related Open Source technologies preferred
- Exposure to scripting languages such as Python or Bash is a plus
- Exposure to programming languages such as Java or Go is a plus
- Desire to be customer-focused and understand customer needs
- Willingness to travel to customer sites depending on assignments
- Willingness to work both in-person from a Red Hat office location and remotely
- Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams and external customers
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English
- Ability to work without a need for current or future visa sponsorship
- Passion and curiosity for open source technology and emerging technologies
