IT Support, Systems Engineer
Desktop Engineer | Hybrid: 3 office / 2 remote | $100K–$125K base + Bonus of Up To $20K
I’m working with a leading financial services organization that is looking to add a Desktop Engineer to its Infrastructure & Risk Management team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on with technology
, solving complex problems, and improving the employee technology experience - rather than simply working through a queue of tickets.
- Provide high-quality technical support to ~450 users globally
- Troubleshoot complex desktop, application, networking and endpoint issues
- Administer and improve endpoint management, collaboration and business applications
- Identify repetitive processes and use automation to improve efficiency
- Lead projects focused on reliability, performance and the end-user experience
- Work across teams to resolve more complex technical issues
- Contribute to change management, SDLC and operational best practices
Strong experience across:
They’re looking for someone who is curious, analytical, collaborative and genuinely enjoys solving problems
. Experience with GenAI/AI tools to improve productivity is also a big plus.
