Business Systems Analyst supporting Treasury & Investment Finance Systems in Boston. Partner with treasury and finance stakeholders to gather requirements, design and implement treasury management and integrations, perform UAT, and apply AI-assisted development tools to prototype and deliver solutions.

Business Systems Analyst (Treasury & Investment Finance Systems) based in Boston, MA. Work with Treasury and Finance stakeholders to define requirements, design system and data flows, manage implementations and enhancements through the SDLC, and support production treasury/cash management systems and integrations.

• Gather, validate, and document business and data requirements, reporting needs, data flows, data models, workflows, and UI specifications.
• Serve as liaison between business users and technology teams to enable implementations across large-scale and incremental initiatives.
• Assess existing technology solutions, identify process/system improvements, and evaluate risks and financial impacts.
• Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing; produce system documentation and training materials.
• Manage incoming requests and production issues for treasury and finance systems; perform root-cause analysis and drive resolution.
• Plan, document, and oversee system enhancements and implementations through all phases of the SDLC.
• Design pragmatic technology solutions with end users and partner with external vendors and banking partners to onboard and integrate banks into treasury platforms.
• Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent initiatives and maintain clear stakeholder communication.

Experience with treasury management systems such as GTreasury, Kyriba, Bellin, Hazel Tree, Reval; SWIFT messaging (MT / ISO 20022) and U.S. payment networks (ABA, ACH). Hands-on experience with APIs, SaaS platforms, iPaaS tools (Workato, Power Automate), business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI), relational databases/SQL, DBT, and AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Claude Cowork).

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience; at least 2 years implementing/supporting Treasury or Cash Management solutions.
• Proven ability to support diverse user bases and manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; self-motivated and proactive.
• Demonstrated fluency with generative AI tools; experience applying AI assistants to prototype, build, and iterate on solutions.
• Versatility across business analysis, systems analysis, data analysis, and product management responsibilities.
• Expected annual base salary: $105,000 – $125,000.
