What You'll Do

+  Install, troubleshoot, and maintain medical simulation equipment

+  Work with Windows 11-based systems

+  Connect devices to customer networks

+  Perform preventative maintenance and repairs

+  Provide excellent customer service at hospitals and universities

+  Travel to customer locations throughout your assigned region

What We're Looking For

+  1-3 years of IT experience or recent IT-related education

+  Familiarity with Windows 11

+  Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, IP Addressing)

+  Strong communication and customer service skills

+  Mechanical or electronics aptitude is a plus

+  Reliable transportation

+  Ability to pass a technical assessment

+  Flexibility to travel Monday through Friday

Travel Requirements

This role requires Monday-Friday travel.

+  Most travel is within a 5-hour driving radius

+  Flights provided when necessary

+  Hotel accommodations provided for overnight travel

+  Home on weekends

+  All business travel expenses covered

During the first 13 weeks, you will participate in a fully paid training program that includes classroom instruction and field shadowing. Candidates must be

comfortable being away from home Monday through Friday during this training period.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
