IT Intern; Boston HQ

About the opportunity

Winn Companies is looking for an IT Intern to join our corporate IT team at our headquarters in Boston, MA.

The pay range for this role is $20.00-$25.00 per hour. The selected candidate will adhere to the following on-site schedule:
Monday through Thursday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST. Please note that this is a temporary, part-time position working up to 30 hours per week.

• Coordinate the services and duties of various other personnel within the organization
• Assist in meeting scheduling, placing orders, coordinating deliveries, processing invoices, and assist in location-specific inventory tracking.
• Deliver cross-departmental solutions that enhance efficiency and meet business goals.
• Coordinate with other departments to support the operational needs and tasks of the Business Systems & Technology department.
• Assist in communications within the department as well as with other areas within the company

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to manage collaborative teams for larger projects or both internal / external groups to the organization across functional areas.
• Ability to provide a high level of customer service exceeding standards and expectations for the organization.
• Strong project management experience.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to show initiative.

• Prior experience leading technology implementations.
