. With decades of experience serving families and individuals across Massachusetts, our team is dedicated to protecting what matters most to our clients. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team.
What You’ll Do:As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you’ll be a key player in providing exceptional service and support to our clients. You’ll manage an existing book of business, assist with quoting new policies, and act as a trusted advisor—helping clients navigate their insurance needs with clarity and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and service a personal lines book of business (home, auto, umbrella, etc.).
- Present Annually Account Reviews, discuss recommendations to enhance our insured’s coverage and eliminate their risk as well as address clients’ questions and concerns via phone, email and in-person.
- Communicate with clients regularly to review coverage and address questions or concerns.
- Provide quotes and recommend appropriate coverages tailored to individual needs.
- Collaborate with carriers to resolve underwriting, billing, and policy issues.
- Keep thorough and accurate records within our agency management system (AMS
360). - Stay up to date on product offerings and insurance industry changes.
- 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance.
- Active Property & Casualty License (required).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with AMS a plus.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
