Job OverviewA
law firm seeks an experienced insurance coverage associate for a full-time, partnership-track position in Boston, MA. The candidate will join the Insurance Coverage practice group, representing policyholders or insurers and engaging in litigation.
Duties- Represent clients in insurance coverage matters.
- Engage in litigation and dispute resolution.
- Interpret first- and third-party insurance policies.
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues effectively.
- Participate in pro bono work.
- 3-5 years of insurance coverage experience.
- Strong analytical and writing skills.
- Leadership and initiative in professional settings.
- License in the jurisdiction of application preferred, required within one year.
- Strong academic record.
- Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
- Proficiency in insurance policy interpretation.
- Excellent client service focus.
