Experience- 5+ years of experience in P&C Insurance operations, business analysis, process excellence, or operational transformation.
- Hands-on experience in commercial or personal lines insurance.
- Experience working with insurance business processes across underwriting, policy administration, billing, or claims.
- Process Mapping & Documentation
- Business Analysis
- Process Improvement Methodologies
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Microsoft Visio, Signavio, Process Gym, Bizagi, ARIS, or equivalent BPM tools
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Power Point
- Property & Casualty Insurance lifecycle
- Claims lifecycle and FNOL
- Regulatory and compliance considerations
- Commercial and personal lines products
- CBPP (Certified Business Process Professional)
- AINS (Associate in General Insurance)
- CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter)
- BPMN Certification
- Guidewire or Duck Creek Functional Certification
