EY is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to strengthen and grow our Property & Casualty Business Consulting practice. You will work on engagement teams focusing on complex and specialized P&C management issues within a range of consulting services for insurers, TPAs, industry vendors, and self‑insured organizations, with a specific focus on claims.

• Develop and implement AI‑enabled and digital strategies, including business cases and roadmaps to improve claim program performance
• Analyze historical data to identify critical trends impacting P&C program performance
• Conduct operational assessments, target operating model design, process optimization, staffing models, segmentation strategies, internal process and controls, and vendor strategy
• Perform technical claims audits to assess process compliance, quality standards, quantify claim leakage, and evaluate reserve adequacy
• Assist with implementation of P&C technology strategies
• Maintain knowledge of evolving insurance industry trends and challenges, focusing on claims
• Help clients develop strategies to address emerging industry challenges and opportunities, including litigation management and responsible AI adoption

• Understand EY's service offerings and actively assess/present opportunities to bring value to clients
• Develop long‑term client and industry relationships and networks
• Generate future business opportunities with existing and new clients
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to determine engagement strategy and implementation plans

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in property & casualty insurance from work with consultants, insurers, brokers, or TPAs
• 5+ years of experience across lines such as Auto, Property, General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, and/or Disability
• 3+ years of claims process excellence/strategy and/or supervisory/management experience
• Excellent business, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong writing, presentation, conceptual, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking to larger audiences and executive‑level professionals
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed

• 3 years of project management experience
• Completion or progress toward an advanced, recognized insurance industry designation (e.g., AIC, ARe, ARM, CPCU) or an advanced degree (e.g., MBA, JD)
• Consulting experience in claims transformation
