Overview

Webster & Webster Associates is seeking a Customer Success Engineer on behalf of an innovative global technology company specializing in advanced software solutions for the embedded systems industry. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to customers—guiding them from initial evaluation through successful adoption and ongoing satisfaction. Working closely with sales and technical engineering teams, you’ll ensure customers get the most out of their investment while building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely support for installation, licensing, and compliance-related questions.
  • Manage and resolve technical support cases efficiently, collaborating across teams to deliver prompt solutions.
  • Guide new enterprise and large-segment customers through a smooth onboarding process.
  • Identify customer objectives early in the onboarding process and tailor training sessions to accelerate product adoption.
  • Build strong, ongoing relationships with key decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
  • Engage proactively with customers to understand their evolving needs and help them overcome challenges, fostering loyalty and advocacy.
Core Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role within a software or technology company.
  • Basic understanding of software development, networking, firewalls, protocols, and related tools.
  • Familiarity with build automation tools, command-line interfaces (Linux and/or Windows), and CI/CD environments.
  • Knowledge of software licensing methods and practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information clearly.
  • Resourceful, independent problem solver with a creative approach to finding solutions.
